Question of the Week:
Which paranormal creature would you like to see more of in paranormal romances?
There are so many great PNR novels out there that it's hard to keep track of all the creatures in them! lol
I would like to find more novels on Selkies though. Virginia Kantra has a great series about the creatures of the sea (Children of the Sea) but those are the only romances that I have read with them. So Selkies, Selkies, we want more Selkies! J
How about you all? What creatures do you love and want to see more of? Link up and share!
P.s. I'll be out of town until Monday celebrating my son's birthday but I will stop by everyone's blog when I get back. Wishing everyone a great weekend!

I went with Mermaids/Mermans/Selkies are well. I have only read Mary Janice Davidson small series about Fred the Mermaid. Will be looking into Viginia Kantra series, thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteHave a great evening and stop by for a visit if you have a moment.... Crazy Book Slut
Selkies remind me of a Christina Dodd historical/paranormalish book where the male lead's mother was a selkie but he was afraid of the water.
ReplyDeleteI have not read any books with Selkies in them, I'll have to do a little research.
ReplyDeleteI haven't read any mermaid/selkie books, I'll have to add these to my list! Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteI too havent read any books with Selkie in them, but I do have the Children of the Sea books in my TBR list.
ReplyDeleteGreat thinking!

Great choice of paranormal creature you want to see more of!
ReplyDeleteI haven't read that many books with Selkies either!
I'm with Cocktails and Books - selkies make me think of Christina Dodd's A Well Favored Gentleman. I'd like to see more selkies as well :)
ReplyDeleteI've never read a book with selkies. I might have to change that. :)
ReplyDeleteOoooh, good call - I hadn't thought of them!
ReplyDeleteSelkies, interesting. I don't think I've read anything with selkies. I'll have to look them up. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure I've ever read a book with selkies. I do like reading about all the different kinds of paranormal characters. I love them all vamps, shifters, demons, all of them!
ReplyDeleteSelkies! Great idea. The books I read with them were all female. I did read a short story with a male selkie and enjoyed it. Which I remembered what the title was now.
ReplyDeleteI was thinking Demi Gods. How fun would that be? ;)
Please do stop by for a crumpet & a spot of tea.
If you enjoy yourself please do leave a comment on some of my reviews.
They are quite lonely :(

Yeah, I've only ever read one book with a Selkie in it - and he was mated to a werewolf, LOL. Cant remember it's name now.
