I have never read a strictly M/M or F/F book, it's just not my preference. But I have read a few books with secondary characters having a M/M sexual relationship. J.R. Ward's Lover Reborn had a brief glimpse of one that didn't get too graphic but was good. A series that really sticks out to me for this is Jennifer Armintrout's Blood Ties' series. There is a secondary character in there that had a sexual M/M relationship that was detailed and pretty dang hot. That was my first experience reading about that kind of relationship and I was surprised at how much I enjoyed it. It was very well-written.
Since hearing that J.R. Ward will be giving us Qhuinn & Blay's book next in the BDB series I am a bit torn on that subject though, will I like it? I'm totally excited for it and love, love, love Qhuinn. He deserves a HEA. I also think with Layla and the other characters that the story will be balanced out well for everyone. I have every confidence in the WARDen pulling it off. ;) Is it next year yet? But I'd like to hear your thoughts on it as well, feel free to share even if you aren't participating in the follow.

Question of the Week:
Have you read a romance or erotic novel with an M/M or F/F relationship in it? If so, did you enjoy the read? And if you haven't, is that something you would read in the future?

I love male/male romance (erotic or sweet), but I know it's not for everyone.
ReplyDeleteAs for Qhuinn and Blay, all I can say is that it's about time these two got their HEA. LOL.
Great question! I can't wait for QHUAY =)
ReplyDeleteI love Qhuay, too, and can't wait until next year! I've read a reasonable amount of M/M, this post has made me realise - but I can't think of any F/F. I'm all about the hot boys!

I was like you before I read my first M/M. I didn't really think I would enjoy it, but honestly I'm glad I did read it!!
ReplyDeleteI'm like you haven't read really any M/M books!
ReplyDeleteI also love Qhuay! Wish it was next year impatiently waiting!
Have a great weekend!
I love anything Male/Male! :)
ReplyDeleteI've read quite a few M/M stories. I find they can be just as sweet and romantic as M/F, and I don't have a problem reading the sex scenes.
ReplyDeleteAdd another to the list of people that are impatient for Quinn and Blay to get their HEA!!
I would read Qhuinn & Blay's book.

Great question this week!! Really got me to thinking about what I read and why!! I will read Qhuays book, but I not sure if it will be just for them or because it is another in the BDB series.
ReplyDeleteHere is mine:http://bellesbookbag.blogspot.com/2012/04/18-over-book-blogger-follow.html
Nope but I did read one with a threesome. I thought the book was good. It was Leader of the Pack by Leighann Phoenix.
ReplyDeleteI was a little busy to blog today, but I wanted to stop by.

I love M/M romance. I'm also VERY excited for Qhuinn & Blay. I've read a few great M/M erotics. I'm pretty easy to please, as long as it has a good story line, I'll read M/M, F/F or anything else. Great question!
