Cranberry & Rosemary White Christmas Sangria
Sangria Saturday took a but of a hiatus, but now that that the holiday season is here, I wanted to share some recipes that might make them a little bit easier to bare! LOL Cheers and Happy Holidays!
Ingredients:
- 1 Granny Smith apple
- 1 Braeburn apple
- 1 heaping Cup Fresh cranberries
- 1 large Sprig rosemary
- 1 Bottle Pinot grigio
- ½ cup white grape juice
- ¼ cup sugar (more, for garnish)
- 1 Can club soda
Directions:
- In a large pitcher, combine all of the ingredients.
- Mix it well, until sugar fully dissolves.
- Chill for at least an hour.
- Add garnish and enjoy!
Garnish: Place 1/2 cup of granulated sugar in a shallow bowl. Lightly wet rosemary and shake to remove any excess water. Roll the sprigs in the sugar until they are coated.
